I provide online therapy to individuals and couples across Florida, Missouri and Illinois. I have over 20 years of helping people move through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative and tailored to you because healing is not a one-size-fits-all.

 

I also specialize in premarital counseling for couples who want to build a strong foundation before marriage.  And as an ordained officiant, I can even perform your ceremony.  It's one of my favorite ways to help support couples in the journey from "Will you?" all the way to "I do!"
