Areas of Specialization
You bring your goals. I bring 20 years of experience, a genuinely eclectic toolkit and zero interested in cookie-cutter therapy. Working together we create the change in your life you desire.
I work with individuals and select couples on anxiety, depression, stress, relationship struggles, life transitions, personal growth and spiritual growth. Wherever you are stuck or wherever you are ready to grow, I am excited to support you on your journey. I especially love working with adults, women and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Why Online Counseling
All my sessions are conducted virtually, through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms.
Honestly, I think it is one of the best ways to make therapy actually fit into your life. Here is my clients love it:
-
More choice
You are not limited to providers within driving distance. You get to choose the right fit, not just the closest one.
-
Real Flexibility
Sessions are easier to fit around your schedule, not the other way around.
-
Less hassle, less costs
Save time with no commuting, no waiting room, no lost time or fuel wasted
-
Greater access
Especially valuable if you are homebound, have limited mobility or don't have reliable transportation.

A note on who I am:
I am a private, solo therapy practice and I intent to stay that way. I am not part of any large group, venture capital, private-equity-funded tech, or insurance company-owned therapy practice dressed up to look independent. I do not contract with AI training companies, or VC funded tech platforms. My practice is not based on using screening tools as metrics, recording sessions with AI, using a company’s scripts, monitoring, or pushing to funnel clients into low fee tech, coaching, or AI programs.
When you are working with me, you're working with me -not a system. That matters to me and I think it'll matter to you too.
